Tjänsten SD Worx söker en Data Scientist som kan vara med och bygga upp vår AI-satsning på nytt.

Du kommer att arbeta med tillämpningar inom AI, ML, NLP inom Lön/HR för att effektivisera verksamheten för våra kunder och oss själva.

**Arbetsuppgifter**
- Artificial Intelligence - implementera tillämpningar av AI i vår verksamhet (utveckling, implementation, drift).
- DBA - Designa, trimma, utveckla vår datamodell i SQL-server, utveckla strategier för zero downtime upgrades.
- Business Intelligence - Vilken typ av slutsatser kan vi dra utifrån våra kunders och vår egen data

**Profil**
- Du är innovativ och gillar när man kan låta tekniken ersätta manuella moment och ser följande frågeställningar som intressanta:

- Kan man använda NLP för att tolka kollektivavtal skrivna i löpande text och få ut formler som implementerar kollektivavtalet?
- Går det att snabba upp implementationsprocessen vid onboarding av ny kund med hjälp av AI?
- Går det med hjälp av ML att upptäcka anomalier i lönetransaktioner som behöver tittas närmare på och inte fångats upp av destatiskt uppsatta kontrollerna?
- Van att arbeta i DevOps
- Som person är du analytisk, noggrann och lösningsorienterad.
- Du räds inte att kavla upp ärmarna och göra jobbet själv.

**Erfarenhet/ kompetens**
- Universitetsutbildning i Data Science och AI eller motsvarande
- Engelska och svenska i tal och skrift
- Teknisk kompetens
- AI

Matematik

Statistik

Machine learning

Python environment

DBA/BI

SQL Server (ops, index, execution plans.)

T-SQL

Power BI eller liknande
