**What We Seek**: We are seeking individuals with a passion for crafting top-tier payroll solutions and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Key qualifications include:

- Over 10 years of experience deploying end-to-end SAP Payroll solutions across clients of varying sizes.
- In-depth expertise in SAP payroll delivery lifecycles, including hands-on configuration and blueprinting.
- Profound knowledge of UK-specific payroll laws and regulations.

**Expected Responsibilities**: As a member of our team, you can anticipate:

- Implementing UK SAP payrolls with precision and timeliness.
- Collaborating with SD Worx Global Implementation Teams to ensure seamless transitions for clients.
- Managing end-to-end transition processes for clients, including configuration and system setup.
- Developing and refining business processes in alignment with customer and organizational needs.
- Ensuring smooth handover of fully implemented payrolls to the Operations team.
- Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities to exceed growth targets.
