**The role**:
As Head of Marketing & Communications for the Spanish market, you will be responsible for building, developing and managing NXTLVL’s brand in the country to increase awareness and distribution of our product among parents and kids. You will also help to establish initial operations in the market, supporting the development of all our customer-facing functions, such as customer success and customer support. This will be an amazing opportunity for you to demonstrate your ability to run a business unit on the ground with a fair degree of autonomy. You will be working closely with, and reporting directly to, the founders of NXTLVL in bringing the entire company proposition to Spain.

Strong leadership skills, business acumen and hands-on mentality are a must. Experience with brand marketing and comms in early-stage or high growth businesses is also essential. Passion for education and an intimate knowledge of the Spanish market is a huge plus.

**What you‘ll do**:

- Lead the strategy, design and production of NXTLVL content for PR, social media and other marketing initiatives in Spain.
- Design and co-ordinate media campaigns, advertising and all kinds of PR visibility.
- Develop and deliver effective marketing strategies and campaigns to increase both adoption and retention.
- Support in all activities relating to the initial launch in Spain, especially customer-facing functions that will need to be built up from scratch.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department.
- Build an engaging NXTLVL community of parents and kids.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (Brand gatekeeper).
- Collaborate and manage a team, internal and external partners, to ensure all projects are on brand, budget and to deadline.
- Lead partnerships and build relationships with NXTLVL brand ambassadors and key influencers.

***You have**:

- Extensive brand, marketing and communications experience (5+ years), preferably within technology and a few years in a fast paced SaaS company.
- Experience working at early-stage and/or fast-growing startups, ideally one which required you to wear multiply hats in the beginning.
- Experience in PR and Media.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Experience of developing and implementing a digital strategy and operational plan.
- World class written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to multitask and keep all teams reporting to you working effectively.

- Personal experience getting through the Spanish education system, or a strong network within it.
