Accountant and HR Assistant

This position is responsible for the financial accounting of the JetAviation entity in Madrid and for HR daily activities, taking over the administration for the assigned employees
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Perform general accounting activities, including the preparation, maintenance and reconciliation of ledger accounts and financial statements, such as balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, and VAT declarations
- Perform the monthly, quarterly and yearend closing
- Record accounts payable transactions including employee expense reports
- Support all kind of internal and external audits as well as other departmental tasks as deemed necessary
- Perform HR administrative tasks over the full employee life cycle:
- Support recruitment, onboarding of the new employees
- Preparation of all kind of contractual documents, reference letter, administrative exit process
- Administration and entry of data related to social insurances (child allowances, accident, sickness ), in coordination with the external Payroll-Provider
- First point of contact for employees
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Commercial degree with further education in Accounting and HR
- 3-4 years of professional experience in a similar function
- Knowledge of Spanish labor law and social insurances
- In depth understanding of accounting
- Experience with Success Factors and SAP would be an advantage
- Spanish mother tongue with very good command of written and spoken English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure
- Agility and open mindset, exact way of working
