Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Monitor and analyse accounting data
- Coordinate with auditors to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Develop and implement effective strategies to optimise efficiency and improve performance

Temporary contract with possibilities to join the company after those months|High level of English is mandatory

A successful GL Accountant should have:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- +2 years of experience in Accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulatory standards
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

SSC located in Madrid.
- Temporary role: maternity leave with possibilities to continue hired after the temporary
- Flexible schedule
- 3 days/week of homeoffice

The GL Accountant role requires a meticulous individual capable of handling a wide array of financial and accounting tasks in a SSC. This is a temporary position that requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, regulatory standards, and company policies.
