- Your contribution:

- As a Field Sales Representative, your primary objectives are focused on driving sales and increasing our market share in Spain and Portugal through targeted activities with both direct customers and their customer base. This position has a remote setup, with an ideal location in central Spain.
- Key functional objectives include:

- Generate a full understanding of the market players and build relationships with all relevant players at customer and workshop level in the region.
- Drive the value of our brands and promote our services at customer and workshops.
- Offering consultancy to customers to enhance their efficiency and profitability.
- Implementing value-based selling strategies, emphasizing the unique benefits and features of our products and services.
- Identifying market potential, opportunities, and collecting/reporting market intelligence and information about competitors.

Responsibilities: What you will do

As a Field Sales Representative, your day-to-day tasks involve:

- Providing technical training to direct customers and supporting them in extending these trainings to their customer base to ensure a deep understanding of our products and services.
- Collaborating with customers to support their sell-out activities, improving product visibility, and driving sales.
- Providing consultative guidance on maintaining optimal stock levels, tailored to specific product types.
- Technically articulating the advantages of our products, understanding, and explaining various technologies, and staying updated on industry developments.
- Actively promote our products on trade fairs and events.
- Efficiently plan your travel while covering all relevant contacts in the region.
- Identifying and reporting market trends, potential growth areas and actionable intelligence on competitors.
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: What we look for
- Education: bachelor’s degree (or apprenticeship) in a relevant field such as Mechanic, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Technical certifications are advantageous.
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales or a similar technical sales role ideally within the Automotive Aftermarket.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of automotive technologies, vehicle electrification, and the competitive landscape.
- Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills with the ability to focus on selling value rather than engaging in price-centric discussions.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market potential, identify opportunities, and gather and report market intelligence.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information and insights.
- Fluency in Spanish is a must, Portuguese is desired, English on pre-intermediate level
