**Misión del puesto**
The Level Manager es el/la responsable de proporcionar al cliente un excelente servicio y productos de la más alta calidad, garantizando su satisfacción. Supervisará el cumplimiento de los estándares y políticas establecidas en el hotel, bajo la supervisión de la Jefatura de Recepción. Adicionalmente, también deberá participar en la gestión del personal, así como en su formación y desarrollo, asegurando en todo momento que hay un buen clima laboral.
**¿Qué buscamos?**
- Grado o Diploma en Gestión Hotelera
- Conocimiento informático y experiência en programas de MS Office
- Conocimiento del sistema Opera
- Alto nível de inglés y de una segunda lengua
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência laboral en el mismo rol en un hotel de categoría similar
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y relaciones con los clientes
- Liderazgo y gestión del tiempo
- Altamente organizado, orientado a resultados con la capacidad de ser flexible y trabajar bien bajo presión
- Habilidades de manejo de quejas
- Experiência en entrenamiento y apoyo a un equipo
