**Career Development Center - Barcelona Campus**

The IESE Career Development Center (CDC) is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to cover for a maternity leave for 4 months. The missions of CDC is to partner with companies to help them find the best suitable talent for their organizations, and source job opportunities for our students. This involves proactively looking for opportunities that suits our talent and reaching out to companies to explain our talent pool and services.

**Main Responsibilities**

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and qualify leads and contacts to support our sales efforts.
- Conduct online research to identify potential leads and contacts within target industries and markets
- Utilize various online tools and platforms to gather contact information and company details
- Build and maintain a database of leads and contacts, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule appointments for our Employmer Engagement team
- Track and report on lead generation activities and results

**Required qualifications**
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales prospecting, preferably in an online or digital environment
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English)
- Proficiency in using online tools and platforms for research and outreach
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Fluent in English
