✍️¿Qué buscamos?
Perfil como agente del Técnico/a Sistemas en nuestras oficinas de Gijón. Se realizará a jornada completa de 40h semanales distribuida en turnos rotativos de mañanas, tardes o noche.
¿Cuáles serán tus tareas?
Atención al usuario, registro de consultas/incidencias/peticiones de los usuarios a través de los canales de atención al cliente de la empresa
Manejo de herramientas de ticketing ITSM: registro y documentación para seguimientos de incidencias/peticiones
Categorizar, priorizar y gestionar escalados a otros grupo y níveles técnicos de soporte
Resolución de consultas e incidencias de funcionamiento en el ámbito de microinformática y administración de sistemas
Instalaciones y configuraciones de sistemas operativos, maquetado de equipos, gestión de accesos (AD, Azure, )
Manejo y soporte de herramientas ofimáticas
Monitorización de sistemas e infraestructuras internas y de clientes
Velar siempre por la buena imagen de la Empresa ante el Cliente final, es el primer punto de contacto
