We are looking for a temporary Consumer Care Technician.

What will your challenges be?
Advise consumers on their product queries.
Resolve consumer operational issues.
Analyse and monitor social media interactions (e.g. Amazon, Facebook, Instagram).
Support external customer service.

**Education**: Higher Education.

**Experience**: At least 2 years in a similar role.

**Languages**: English B2.
