Brand Manager CHC (Consumer Health Care)Location: SEID-Lab BarcelonaDate: 21 Nov.Objective of the Position:Design, implement, and lead comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to position and strengthen the brands in the Consumer Health Care (CHC) portfolio, in line with the company's commercial and corporate objectives; ensuring sustained growth through active leadership in innovation processes and product life cycle management, as well as by activating market entry strategies and tactics, especially using digital tools and strategic PR.Brand Management:- Design and execute marketing plans to position CHC brands in key markets.- Monitor and analyze markets and trends.Product Development:- Lead innovation, identify new business opportunities, and manage product launches.Digital Marketing Development:- Design and implement digital strategies to improve brand recognition, engagement, and conversion.Public Relations:- Develop communication and PR strategies to strengthen brand perception among media, health professionals, and end consumers.Analysis and Reporting:- Monitor KPIs, generate reports, and propose corrective measures.Budget Management:- Manage the marketing budget and ensure alignment with objectives.Teamwork:- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve company objectives.Experience:Minimum 7 years in brand management of CHC (pharmaceutical or FMCG sector), with experience in product development and launches.Number of Vacancies: 1Work Modality: On-siteSocial or Economic Benefits:- Opportunity for professional growth.- Dynamic work environment focused on innovation.- Competitive salary and benefits.Application Submission:Send applications to: ******:- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or Communication.
