RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Deliver assigned projects or programs as per Stada (CHC) strategy with excellent project leadership, management, and accountability.
  2. Project and program management of global in-licensing projects and new product developments from initial idea generation to launch (End-to-End project accountability).
  3. For locally-led projects with international potential, ensure international alignment (link between global international team and local team).
  4. Implementation and maintenance of efficient, global cross-functional project teams with defined roles and responsibilities.
  5. Creation and maintenance of project plans regarding time, scope and resources and corresponding status reports accordingly.
  6. Identify synergies in managing projects within a category.
  7. Regular attendance at external trainings, symposia, etc. to exchange with potential partners / competitors / providers on current market and technology trends.
  8. Collaboration with internal functions like portfolio management, pharmaceutical development, regulatory affairs, medical and clinical affairs, controlling, Business Units and affiliates, etc. and also external partners.
  9. Support the Head of Global Project Management in driving some process improvements.
  10. Collaboration with other project managers to constantly improve working processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. University degree in science.
  2. 7-10 years experience in Dermatology/Dermatological/Dermocosmetic industry (Project management, Consulting, Ideation/innovation management).
  3. Strong knowledge of Dermatological product development and regulatory procedures for OTC and Cosmetics.
  4. Very good knowledge of relevant CHC area and marketing know-how, consumer insights.
  5. Very good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
  6. Fluent in English written and verbal.
  7. Project Management certification is a plus.
  8. Business knowledge is an advantage.
