In order to complete our Finance, Control and Legal Technology team, we are currently looking for an **IT Product Owner Legal - Contract Management **.

**Position Snapshot
- Nestlé Global Digital Hub in Barcelona, Spain
- Part of IS/IT Service Experience
- Permanent contract with competitive salary & key benefits package
- Full-time work, virtual working available in a global environment
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably computer science, engineering, business administration or related area. We are also considering graduates in law with interest in and affinity for technology
- Demonstrated experience in a product-based IS/IT organization
- 6+ years’ experience in IT projects, preferably legal or finance related
- Agile project management experience
- Ability to take data and make logical, pragmatic and structured decisions
- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
- Excellent analytical and technical skills
- Ability to understand the financial impact of technology alternatives
- Ability to maintain effectiveness in a rapidly changing environment and the willingness to respond quickly and positively to change
- Experience in Legal Technology: for example Ariba, Docusign, HighQ, Contract Express, Legal Tracker
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.

**A day in the life of...
- Works with legal teams within HQ and the Markets, IT teams and external IT service providers, ensuring operational execution of the ITSM
- Develop and maintain the contract management roadmap for the legal community in Nestlé, closely support the Legal Product Manager
- Participate in contract management projects owned by either Legal team or that required involvement from Legal
- Investigate potential solution for current / future processes with regard to contract management or legal technology in general
- Participate in cloud assessments and technical workshops to evaluate existing legal technology solutions
- Produce agile project deliverables
- Analyze and address Business Requirements
- Integrate technology solutions in existing landscape
- Work with IS/IT Innovation managers, Platform managers, Product Stream Operations Managers and Business Analysts from other areas as required to ensure any solution is integrated into Nestlé landscape and works seamless for the business
- Since Contract Management is part of Source to Pay lifecycle management, it is important to ensure that Contract Management evolution is reflected in the end-to-end roadmap covering legal functional requirements
- Drive continuous improvements through KPIs.
- Ensures that the contract management products selected and implemented generate business value and contribute to the roadmap of the Nestlé Legal & Compliance Team
