Product Owner - HR Chatbot and Digital Adoption

We are currently looking for a Product Owner – HR Chatbot and Digital Adoption to complete our IT HR department.

The role

In this position, you will be responsible for the definition of strategy, roadmap, and backlog management of the Virtual Assistance and Digital Adoption Product supporting the HR Virtual Assistant and digital adoption platform technology within the IT HR organization.

What you'll do

  • Define and maintain product vision and execution, ensuring end-to-end value delivery of the product while meeting requirements of availability, scalability, performance, agility, compliance, and cost.
  • Analyze data to ensure applications are properly perceived, used, and adopted. Run user community engagement initiatives and seek continuous product-related feedback.
  • Work with other IT HR Product Teams and different HR stakeholders to understand how your product can support the adoption of other processes and services provided to Nestlé Employees.
  • Drive the product team to deliver a world-class HR technology experience to our employees and HR professionals.
  • Maintain high standards in product objectives delivery and comply with broader IT mission statements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Application Development Lifecycle and HR Technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, SuccessFactors, SAP, Cornerstone, etc.).
  • Experience implementing new and evolving existing IT Products.
  • Proven track record in task and workload management of resources, internal and external, in different remote locations.
  • Experience in End-to-End IT Operations Management.
  • Collaborate with multiple Products and Stakeholders to ensure internal customers get a full and coherent experience.
  • Strong skills in product value communication and storytelling.

Bonus Points if you:

  • Extensive experience with Digital Adoption Platform (WalkMe - beyond basic user proficiency).
  • Experience with Advanced Chatbot and AI Support/Implementation.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Support/Implementation.
  • Experience with UI/UX Design.
