In 2019 we created the digital hub in Barcelona to offer the best customer experience and innovation to B2C and B2B channels. To grow our Digital team in Barcelona, we are currently looking for a Digital Product Owner. Do you want to be part of this journey?

As a Digital Product Owner you’ll be in charge of the analyzing trends and data, and translating this to the backlog for Nespresso´s website or app. Your main attributions are:

- Supporting the Global Digital Strategy with their product strategy
- Coordinating the roadmap definition, prioritization and planning for web or app.
- Translating concepts, business needs, and customer insights into clear Business requirements
- Being the internal owner on the existing product features, and the continuous improvement of them
- Providing new experiences and solving customer pain points to increase online penetration, sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Initiate and extract key insights of A/B tests and experiments to validate assumptions and to test solutions with customers.
- Making sure the brand identity is reflected well online and aligned with the omnichannel strategy

**A DAY IN YOUR LIFE SOUNDS LIKE THIS**

Contribute to the Digital Product backlog for the website or mobile app by:

- Proactively benchmark other ecommerce players and gather best practices from the market.
- Analyze and deep dive on current customer journeys and identify main pain points to be addressed by using tools such as Google Analytics, SessionCam and ContentSquare.
- Build a product vision and roadmap supporting the Digital ambition.
- Analyze performance and continuous improvement:

- Analyze the ongoing performance and KPI's for each part of the journey (homepage, product catalog, checkout and registration).
- Measure and understand key friction points using analytics, user testing and observation
- Define solutions and optimization to lift these barriers to ensure a seamless user journey
- Measure the efficiency and ROI of these enhancements.

**ARE YOU A FIT?**
- You have at least 5 years of successful experience in delivering Digital and eCommerce experiences (web and app) in an international context. With a proven positive track record in terms of product successfully launched and positive business and customer indicators.
- You put data at the core of your decisions and extract actionable insights from different data sources.
- You have experience working in an Agile environment.
- You enjoy to test & learn, and have a strong expertise in Mobile App and Web Product Management.
- You have a passion for User experience.
- You have a good understanding of web and mobile technologies and ability to interact with technical counterparts.
- You have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- You are curious about new digital trends and user behaviors, and active benchmarking.
- You have a high working proficiency in English.
- Experience in Payments will be a plus.
