Product Owner

We are looking for a **Product Owner - Enablement Digital Integration** **to be part of our** ADI BSI Digital Integration **team**.**

**The role**
**Digital Enablement Services** is a new product dedicated to enable self service capabilities in our main **Digital Integration Platforms (Mulesoft and Confluent)**, with a consumer obsessed mindset you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing and tracking processes and frameworks to enable different audiences to consume and create digital integration assets. This role will be reporting directly to the Digital Integration Hub Product Manager.

**What you’ll do**
- Establish and manage the enablement Product lifecycle, from roadmap to communication; design, implement and track a secure and reliable enablement process, ensuring compliance and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and understand the needs of different personas, tailoring the enablement experience to their specific requirements.
- Create a comprehensive communication plan and actively engaging with the community to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Implement controls and guidelines within the platforms to ensure adherence to best practices and optimize efficiency.
- Provide insightful analytics and reports, tracking the enablement process, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar.
- Good knowledge of APIs and events, API led architecture, API gateway platforms (Mulesoft), Kafka Events driven architecture (EDA), Confluent platform.
- Expertise in using everyday AI tools to increase productivity and provide agility to product development.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Previous experience as a product owner (3+ years) or similar role, preferably in a technology environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers. User centric mindset.
- Leadership and Decision-Making: Ability to lead and influence teams, make informed decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing industry and continuous learning behavior.

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Background managing IT products.
- Experience with API led architecture, managing/using API gateways platforms (Mulesoft).
- Experience with Kafka Events driven Architecture knowledge and EDA Platforms (Confluent).
- Has implemented self service framework for an IT Platform.
