Buscamos un AGENTE DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE JR para incorporarse a nuestro equipo de operaciones. Tu misión será gestionar los pedidos de los clientes de forma satisfactoria y apoyarles resolviendo las incidencias que puedan surgir:

- ¿Qué vas a hacer?- Revisar la coherencia de la información de los pedidos (datos del cliente, tarifas, descuentos, stock, etc.)
- Transmitir los pedidos al almacén dentro del horario definido, facilitando la preparación del pedido dentro del plazo acordado.
- Gestionar y resolver rápidamente las incidencias con los pedidos, generando confianza y tranquilizando a los clientes.
- Validar el registro del cliente solicitando al comercial los datos que le falten.
- Informar a los comerciales de las incidencias que puedan afectar al servicio del cliente (roturas de stock, problemas en el sistema, etc.).
- Introducir manualmente los pedidos en el sistema, cuando no sea posible hacerlo automáticamente.
- Proporcionar información a marketing sobre clientes/producto, haciendo seguimiento de los lanzamientos y/o preparando la comunicación con las marcas distribuidas.
- ¿Qué necesitas para el puesto?- Gestión de CFGS o similar.
- Experiência mínima de 1 años en gestión de pedidos y atención al cliente.
- Conocimiento de sistemas ERP's para la gestión de pedidos (SAP, Navision, Dynamics...)
- Dominio de ofimática
