**Marketing Manager LATAM (Awareness and Content)**

**About the Team & Role**:
**We are currently looking for the Marketing Manager, who’ll be responsible for the following tasks fulfillment**:
**A. AWARENESS**

1. EVENTS
- Search for suitable offline / online events in regions of interest for Ailet.
- Organize events in case of Ailet participation.
- Support Ailet staff participating at events (marketing material, promotion, etc).

2. SOCIAL MEDIA (LinkedIn)
- 12 LARGE posts with high value content per month.
- 6 SMALL posts per month.
- Additional promotion posts (demo/newsletter/events/etc).

3. NEWSLETTER
- 2 newsletters to be created and sent every month (CPG and RETAIL).
- Newsletters should be sent both in Spanish and Portuguese. This includes articles created and posts from LinkedIn.
- Technical support of the newsletter.

**B. CONTENT**:
4. ARTICLES
- 3 large articles per month on specific topics: use case/product/etc. Topics to be approved at the beginning of each month. Articles should include graphics or other visual elements (graphics or other visual elements will be done by the Design team).

5. VIDEOS
- 4 videos per month on use case/product/etc (graphics or other visual elements will be done by the Design team).

**KEY KPI's**
- Engagement increase every month (clicks, visits to site)
- Increase number of followers in LinkedIn page

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English (communicate with HQ) and Spanish (perform the work tasks);
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing;
- Proven experience in the Awareness and Content Management.

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge of Portuguese language;
- Understanding of the specifics of B2B SaaS Marketing;
- Understanding of the specifics of International Startups workflow.

**Terms of cooperation**:

- Monthly income and bonuses for achieving targets;
- Five day work week, full time;
- Work in the international projects using the most modern technologies;
- Freelance contract based, monthly payment in USD;
- Report to HQ Marketing Director and be a part of the Marketing Department.
