**Responsibilities**
- New business development in Spain through direct contacts (mail, call, social selling)
- Qualification calls
- Analyse lead generation performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Gather useful information on the market and think strategically
- Delivers sales presentations and closes sales in a professional manner
- Liaise with Marketing team and Sales team

**Requirements**:

- Highly driven with a competitive spirit, strong will to win and passion for selling and to scale up a company
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Spanish
- Minimum 1 year sales experience
- Good communication (cold colling, social selling, solution selling) and negotiation skills
- Have the ability to build good customer relationships and think creatively
- Usage of online tools essential and CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and a second language (Italian would be a plus)

**What we’ll offer you**
- Fixed Salary: 18.000 - 22.000€
- Variable Bonus: % based on performance
- Full remote working contract
- Company laptop and smartphone
