We are looking for an **IT Business Analyst - Translation **to be part of our **IT HR Talent Team**.

**Position Snapshot**

**The role**

Business Analyst, Translation, Success Factors

**What you’ll do**:

- Collaborate with different stakeholders to understand the pain points and document business requirements.
- Analyze existing tech and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and IT Security to ensure proposed solution fits with strategic and technical direction.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure that all requirements are met.
- Liaise closely with suppliers and vendors.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Degree in a technology - related field, or equivalent work
- or education-related experience.
- Hands on experience with different technologies in the area of Translation.
- Experience in coordinating, prioritizing, and validating tech teams and vendors work.
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment.

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Experience of resolving technical issues, including those involving 3rd parties.
- Understanding of basic system engineering, information risk and security guidelines, architecture standards.
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English.
