We are looking for a
**IT Business Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis **to be part of our
**Finance, Control and Legal Department**.

**Position Snapshot**
- Location: Nestlé Global Hub in Barcelona, Spain
- Permanent Contract
- Stream: Finance, Control and Legal Department
- Type of work: Hybrid
- Work Language: Fluent Business English

**The role**

Business Analyst, Oracle Cloud EPM, CPLEX.

**What you’ll do**:

- Support the Product Manager and Business Relationship Manager in the development of the strategy through incremental improvement of the product.
- IT product manager/Owner of different solutions.
- Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value.
- Work with IS/IT Product Managers to define the minimum viable product (MVP) that satisfies the business need.
- Partner with business and IS/IT to analyze, translate, and document their requirements, pain points or opportunities into IS/IT product backlog.

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably Computer Science or field related to the product.
- 5+ years of relevant experience as business analyst in financial planning area.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge in **Corporate Performance Management domain (Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting) and OLAP modeling**.
- Project management skills and experience in IT consulting company.
- Good knowledge of Financial planning solutions as **Anaplan, Board, Oracle Cloud EPM (FCCS / PBCS), SAP Analytics Cloud for planning**.

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Basic understanding Supply Chain planning concepts such as Demand Management, Distribution and Master Planning, S&OP, etc.
- Understanding of new techniques in planning using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, with basic statistical knowledge.
- Statistical, Optimization and Simulation skills through software tools and packages like **R, SAS, CPLEX or similar is required.**:

- Knowledge and training in Databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and skills one or more languages like **SQL, MDX, T-SQL or similar is optional but preferred**.
