**Position Summary**

As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing and refining business and functional requirements and translating these into meaningful use cases, digital requirements and features and functional specifications for Prospect Management and Field Service process.

S/He will act as the face to our EUR Markets and collaborate with Tech Specialists, Product Managers and Project Managers to prepare for new deployments and/or Product enhancements. Business Analyst will gather requirements through interviews, workshops, and/or existing analytics, training documentation or procedures.

Reporting to the Regional Manager Marketing Sales & eBusiness Technology Zone EUR, the Business Analyst will be considered as the leader and functional expert, acting as the EUR Market point of reference for the Prospects and Field Service solutions.

**A day in the life of...**
- Working with the Zone EUR Market Functional Managers/key business stakeholders to elicit their Business Requirements
- Proactively support and guide EUR Markets on initiatives and Demand Shaping plans
- Functional leadership including use cases, personas, stories, and requests definition for review
- Functional Analysis, Requirement’s elicitation, Business Analysis and process design, transpose requirements into Functional Specifications and organize the sign-off
- Work side-by-side and support Technology Specialist to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Support IT selected partner during the solution deployment, coordinating activities, the overall timelines, risks & budget.
- Become a SME for the platform and train the users on how to use the solution in the right way that fits with business processes
- Champion product adoption with a Consumer-centric view across our systems and constantly propose optimizations in systems integrations & User Experience
- Liaise with Product Managers & Regional Category leads to surface gaps and help influence and prioritize technology roadmaps to support business needs and strategic priorities

**What will make you successful**
- Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent; M.B.A. preferred
- 5+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area ideally combined with design and implementation experience
- Project management experience for Design and Deployment activities
- Experience with SAP C4C Service & Sales suite or other similar solutions
- Experience with Adobe and Telemetry is also a plus.
- Good understanding of end-to-end business process in the area of B2B, Out Of Home, Field Service, pre-sales, sales and after sales ideally enriched with business experience or FMCG expertise
- Experience in working with dashboards analytics and data reporting.
- Experience in working with IS/IT consumers, understanding requirements and opportunities and translating them into solutions and taste-testing minimum viable products (A/B testing, etc.)
- Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology
- Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
- Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams
- Intercultural fluency and experience in a global environment and with virtual teams
- Strong ability to adjust to a changing environment and to adapt to shifts in priorities quickly
- Excellent customer service attitude
- Ability to work independently and drive results
- Comfortable working with ambiguous or unclear requirements and driving clarity
- Willingness to work across pillars, project, and products as needed within Marketing, Sales & eBusiness
- Positive attitude and one-team approach
