**DX Tech Product Group** is currently looking for a
**Digital Experiences Senior Business Analyst.**
As a
**Digital Experiences Senior Business Analyst **you will serve as a liaison between the Digital Experiences Tech Product Group and its business stakeholders (Nestlé Brand managers, Marketing & Sales, Legal, Supply Chain and other business streams). As a result of those liaisons, you bring deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing Nestlé brands, business functions and Nestlé consumers and advise on the best solutions for the development of Digital Experiences technologies. You further translate business strategies, opportunities, threats and needs into Digital Experiences platforms and products requirements, and play a key role within the product team all along the product lifecycle.
**A day in the life**
- Partner with business and other stakeholders to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points or opportunities into requirements for the Digital Experiences product portfolio.
- Translate the business requirements into product features while challenging stakeholders’ demands when needed to maintain focus on Digital Experiences products added value.
- Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction, specification and the change management required to maximize its adoption/value.
- Work with Product Managers to define Digital Experiences minimum viable products (MVP) and Internal Customer roadmaps addressing business needs.
- Support Project Managers to plan and deliver the go-to-market launch strategies for new Digital Experiences product initiatives.
- Support Testing teams in the creation of test plans, identifying and support their execution all the way to solution acceptance sign-off.
- Support the analysis and resolution of solution issues as part of the third level sustain.
- Track key success factors, OKRs and best practices from launched Digital Experiences initiatives. Make sure they are fully revisited at the beginning of any new project.
- Identify security & compliance requirements, including roles, associated with the business process and ensure they are considered in the solution design.

- 7+ years of relevant experience of business analysis in a relevant functional area.
- Technology knowledge beneficial to the job profile: Cloud technologies, Data Analytics, Digital Experiences design and development.
- Experience in Product Management and Product Development
- Experience on project management, agile methodologies and management of solution delivery at scale
- Strategic and tactical thinking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and at all levels within the organization
- Experience in working with cultural diversity: respect for various cultures and understanding how to work with a variety of cultures in the most effective way
