**Marketing & Sales and eBusiness Department **is looking for a
**WebCMS Analyst.**

**Position Summary**

Together with the WebCMS Product Manager, the
**WebCMS Analyst** will:

- Manage a set of third-party solutions that help Nestlé businesses and markets enhance user experience on our brand websites
- Support Nestlé global businesses and markets with tool implementations through well-defined support models, processes and documentation
- Track internal demand for WebCMS solutions and promote adoption and retention
- Perform Business Analysis on WebCMS requirements within the global organization

**A day in the life**
- Responsible for the collection of Business requirements raised by stakeholders at Nestlé global businesses and markets, and their analysis to produce functional specifications
- Ensure adoption and usage across Nestlé businesses and markets through business relationships and WebCMS communication channels
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders including Business Function, Product Managers, Digital Marketing teams and vendors
- Complete compliance and recertification reviews
- Assess cost and timeliness of projects by performing gap analysis on project requirements
- Propose continued improvements to Web CMS policies, processes and procedures to maintain high data quality standards.

**What will make you successful...**
- Degree in Digital marketing, online communication, IT, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 2 years Business analysis background, with at least one successful project of large scale implementations in Web or digital marketing solution.
- General knowledge of Digital Marketing and communication tools (WebCMS, eCommerce, Web Analytics, Mobile, IoT, IA, Personalization, Digital Content Management, Consumer Identity and Data).
- Experience of analyzing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies.
- Team working attitude including demonstrated ability to work with virtual teams/multicultural stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills at different levels in the organization.
- Previous involvement in web projects using Drupal as a Web CMS
- Previous involvement in third-party user experience optimization and user-generated content tools
- Good understanding of Web CMS technologies (from a user or editor experience).
- Experience in the creation of digital content and documentation for a non-technical audience
