Customer Success Manager W/ Native Spanish

Our client, a fast-growing German company, implements a fast, professional and reliable service that provides all the tools a restaurant may need to run a successful and digitalized business. They are looking for a high-performing Customers Success Manager to support the expansion into new markets, to represent their cut-edge management software for the gastronomy sector, and to be responsible for looking after some of their restaurant customers. Working closely together with their Sales and Expansion team from the headquarters, you will lead the growth of the company.
Tasks
- Onboard & train new customers and assure a smooth transition and implementation of the product
- Ensure all the customer's restaurants are successful in their day-to-day business and significantly ease their operational time by providing personalized solutions
- Create sustainable and trusted customer relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction
- Develop Strategic plans based on customers' needs
- Lead negotiations on conditions and contracts
- Analyze the success of your customers and derive targeted optimization measures from this (e.g. workshops, training)
- Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Sales etc. to share opportunities and insights
- Build up your own network and use it to develop long-term customer relationships
**Requirements**:
- Native level of Spanish
- Professional level of English
- Previous experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Track record of successfully developing accounts
- Experience in building successful partnerships and customer onboarding
- Experience in the Foodtech industry would be a plus
- Great communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
- Distinguish yourself through your focused and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong implementation skills and analytical understanding, coupled with flexibility
- Empathetic and convincing with your winning manner and a healthy dose of humour
