**Project Administrator**

**Job Purpose**
The purpose of this role is the coordination and the follow up for major projects administration, including scope control, budget control, cash flow, schedule, permits management, environmental, health and safety procedures, risk & opportunities and general administration that meets the objectives of the assigned projects.

**Main Accountabilities**

Coordinate the creation of the project master schedule as a key role in integrating project efforts, establishing commitments among both team members and project providers.

Ensure proper cost control and monitoring of all commitments related to the project, analyze cost variations vs. budget and change control procedures.

Perform and follow-up reporting activities on project status accordingly (weekly and monthly), incl. management of administrative work.

Support in the interaction between the project team and the support functions, both regional and local (controller, fixed assets, accounts payable, regional / local planning, human resources, legal, environment, health and safety, processes, operations and supplies).

Ensure compliance with human resources policies and other company standards within the project team members.

Organize, coordinate and monitor the project management documents to guarantee the correct use and administration of the technical / legal / administrative information during the life cycle of the projects, their final documentation and delivery to the client (operations).

Contribute to budget quantification at different stages of the project, from conceptual engineering to detail engineering.

Monitor procurement tenders if required.

**Education and Experience**
Level of Education: Bachelor (degree), Master

Area of Study: Finance, Administration, Engineer

Knowledge of PC Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Others Specify: CAD, AutoCad general knowledge, SAP

Experience

>=5 years Working in engineering companies engaged in heavy industries

>=2 years At least of experience working as project administrator or any other relevant administration role

>=2 years Desirable at least working in finance or controlling

>=3 years Relevant Project Management Experience

**Other requirements**
1. General knowledge of engineering and projects process development.

2. General knowledge of cement, ready-mix and aggregate industry process is a plus

3. Leadership skills.

4. Experience working in a large-scale utility and multicultural environment is a plus.

5. Preferable prior experience as an administrator.

6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

7. Excellent organizational skills.
