Key Responsibilities:

As a Gateway Administrator, you will:

• Ensure Resolution of ServiceNow tickets with an emphasis of reducing recurring tickets through problem management and root cause analysis leading to higher customer satisfaction.
• Maintain best practices on managing systems and services across all environments
• Create and modify scripts or applications to perform tasks
• Provide input on ways to improve the stability, security, efficiency, and scalability of the environment
• Collaborate with other teams and team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes

You will become an active member of the CIS team that works closely with other disciplines/roles and that shares experience in Digital Transformation projects in a dynamic environment with multiple roles, using last technologies according to development/test standards and corporate architecture policies.

Essential Skills:

• +4 years professional experience as GatewayAdministrator.
• Experience in Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting.
• Engineering of systems administration-related solutions for various project and operational needs
• Support protocols such as DNS, HTTP, SFTP, FTP.
• Support infrastructure planned maintenance and outages with DBA, Network and OS teams.
• Fluent in English (C1) and Spanish
