**Iwantic**, seleccionamos para empresa de desarrollo de software con sede en Madrid y presencia global, un perfil de Project Manager for Customer Success.
**¿Qué harás?**
- Reportarás directamente a la Dirección de Customer Success y al CEO de la compañía.
- Serás responsable de los proyectos de Éxito del Cliente, añadiendo valor a cada interacción, desde el onboarding hasta las renovaciones, retenciones y ventas cruzadas.
- Creación e implementación de estrategias orientadas a la obtención eficiente de indicadores de satisfacción de clientes.
- Trabajarás estrechamente con los equipos de Ventas, Soporte, Diseño y Producto para asegurar una experiência excepcional del cliente, sirviendo como interfaz principal para gestionar y resolver cualquier situación crítica.
- Ten encargarás de priorizar y gestionar las tareas del equipo para garantizar el cumplimiento de los compromisos con el cliente.
- Llevarás a cabo la integración inicial de las cuentas, asegurando una correcta adopción a lo largo de la vida del cliente.
**¿Qué necesitas?**
- Experiência como Project Manager para Customer Success en proyectos de desarrollo de software.
- Experiência previa en experiência/éxito de cliente o equivalente
- Demostrar capacidad en el cumplimiento de plazos y organización de tareas.
- Alto nível de Inglés C1 y Español.
