Business Development and Sales Trainee in Barcelona

Are you passionate about Business Management, Strategy Development, and Networking? We are looking for a Business Development and Sales Trainee to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.
We are Fut-Ure Recruitment Technology, an international company specializin in the search and selection of technological profiles, collaborating with multinational companies and startups all around Europe. You will be working alongside a team of professionals in Recruiting and Business Development in which you will learn new strategies and disciplines in a young, dynamic, and growing startup.
**Your responsibilities include**:
- Development and maintenance of client portfolio in the Spanish and/or European markets.
- Development of new distribution channels.
- Consulting with potential (and/or existing) clients on the services and options that best suit their business model.
- Construction and monitoring of effective business relationships.
- Cold calls and direct contact with new prospects of clients.
- Participation and management of face-to-face/video-call meetings with clients.
- Research and update on trends in the IT sector, Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, and competitors.
- Proposal and development of new business and sales strategies, adjusting to market needs.

- Ability to write texts professionally.
- High-Advanced level of English (spoken and written - B2/C1)
- Spanish and other European languages are a big plus
