Our main markets are France, Italy, Spain, and Greece. We have 19 operational bases: Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Marseille, Strasbourg, Lille, Lourdes, and Lyon in France; Venice, Verona, Palermo, Cagliari, Olbia, Florence, and Naples in Italy; Asturias and Bilbao in Spain; Athens in Greece, and Hamburg in Germany.

We are hiring a** Crew Control Officer** who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.

**What you will do**:

- Ensure that crew resources are managed in the most efficient and cost-effective way, in compliance with set regulatory and company standards.
- Prioritize safety and punctuality in all crewing decisions.
- Guarantee that all crew duties are in accordance with the approved FTL scheme.
- Explain the changes made in the roster to the crews in a caring and empathetic way.
- Maintain a standby crew roster to cover available aircraft in accordance with the Standby Crew policy.
- Manage crew absences and leaves.
- Liaise with ticketing to arrange positioning duty travel and accommodation for crews travelling.

**What you will need**:

- Studies in Aeronautical Management / Aeronautical Engineer or similar.
- Mandatory advanced English level, both written and spoken. (Test will be done during the recruitment process).
- A high understanding of the aviation operational environment is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a call center can be a plus.
- Willing to work different shifts.
- Resilient with proven ability to manage complex and unpredictable situations, while working within a very fast-moving environment.
- Ability to handle real time operational problems and provide sensible and logical solutions.
