We are hiring a
Crew Control Officer who has experience in interacting with different cultural environments and can work in a challenging high-growth atmosphere.


What you will do:

  • Ensure that crew resources are managed in the most efficient and costeffective way, in compliance with set regulatory and company standards.
  • Prioritize safety and punctuality in all crewing decisions.
  • Guarantee that all crew duties are in accordance with the approved FTL scheme.
  • Explain the changes made in the roster to the crews in a caring and empathetic way.
  • Maintain a standby crew roster to cover available aircraft in accordance with the Standby Crew policy.
  • Manage crew absences and leaves.
  • Liaise with ticketing to arrange positioning duty travel and accommodation for crews travelling.

What you will need:

  • Studies in Aeronautical Management / Aeronautical Engineer or similar.
  • Mandatory advanced English level, both written and spoken. (Test will be done during the recruitment process).
  • A high understanding of the aviation operational environment is a plus.
  • Previous experience working in a call center can be a plus.
  • Willing to work different shifts.
  • Resilient with proven ability to manage complex and unpredictable situations, while working within a very fastmoving environment.
  • Ability to handle real time operational problems and provide sensible and logical solutions.
