Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Control Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Aviation Operations department, you will be responsible for managing crew resources in a cost-effective and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Crew Resource Management: Ensure that crew resources are allocated and managed to meet operational requirements, minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency.
  2. Safety and Punctuality: Prioritize safety and punctuality in all crewing decisions, ensuring that flights operate smoothly and on schedule.
  3. FTL Scheme Compliance: Guarantee that all crew duties are in compliance with the approved Fatigue Threshold Limit (FTL) scheme.
  4. Crew Communication: Explain changes in the roster to crews in a clear and empathetic manner, addressing their concerns and questions.
  5. Standby Crew Management: Maintain a standby crew roster to cover available aircraft, ensuring that flights are operated safely and efficiently.
  6. Crew Absence and Leave Management: Manage crew absences and leaves, ensuring that operational requirements are met.
  7. Ticketing and Travel Arrangements: Liaise with ticketing to arrange duty travel and accommodation for crews, ensuring that their needs are met.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Studies in Aeronautical Management or a related field.
  2. Language Skills: Mandatory advanced English level, both written and spoken.
  3. Aviation Experience: A high understanding of the aviation operational environment is highly desirable.
