**About the role**:
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of Commercial Operations (OUS) and ensure seamless operational management, enabling the department to meet its strategic goals effectively.

**You will**:

- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the Head of Commercial Operations.
- Expense Management: Prepare, track, and manage all expense reports for the Head of Commercial Operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely processing.
- Communication: Serve as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and clear communication.
- Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed, maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Operational Efficiency: Assist with organizing events, tracking deadlines, and ensuring project milestones are met.
- Data Management: Maintain confidential files, records, and databases essential to departmental operations.
- Problem-Solving: Address administrative challenges proactively and offer innovative solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, and Marketing, to streamline operations and communication.
- Engage with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to support departmental projects and initiatives.

**You are**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High school diploma or equivalent, nice to have Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field
- Fluent English and Native Croatian
- Administrative roles in international environments and experience in commercial operations support
- Minimum 5 years in administrative roles
- Limited travel within Croatia and occasional international travel may be required

This role is Zagreb based, hybrid.
