Grup de restauració i clubs esportius consolidat cerca la figura de Restaurant Manager per encarregar-se del funcionament i gestió integral d'un dels seus establiments amb concepte gastronòmic de cuina mediterrània elaborada i saludable, ubicat a la zona alta de Barcelona.

FUNCIONS:

- Dirigir, supervisar i avaluar el bon funcionament del restaurant i del personal a càrrec.
- Controlar el rendiment econòmic, vetllant pel compliment d’objectius i identificant possibles millores.
- Supervisar l’oferta gastronòmica i la qualitat del servei.
- Responsabilitzar-se de les reserves i la gestió d’incidències.
- Gestionar la imatge corporativa de l’establiment.
- Coordinar, supervisar i liderar equip de sala i cuina (12-15pax).
- Participar en els processos de selecció de noves incorporacions.
- Elaborar quadrants d'horaris, dies de descans, reposició de festius i vacances.
- Encarregar-se de la formació i motivació a l'equip i la realització de reunions.
- Establir una estratègia de vendes, marketing, fidelització i dinamització del negoci.
- Gestionar els inventaris d’stock i inventari, col-laborant amb el departament de compres.
- Responsabilitzar-se de les caixes i gestions bancàries.
- Garantir el compliment de legislació laboral, seguretat social i seguretat i higene en el treball.
- Coordinar la realització d'esdeveniments.

CONDICIONS:

- ️Incorporació: Inici d'abril
- Horari: de dilluns a divendres flexible, segons necessitats de l'establiment
- Festius: 2 festius/setmana (normalment cap de setmana, excepte esdeveniments puntuals)
- Salari: 30.000-35.000€ brut/any + incentius per objectius
- Contracte: estable, directe amb l'establiment
- Formació mínima: ESO/EGB
- Valorable: CFGM restauració/turisme/hostaleria.
- Experiència mínima**:3 anys** com a Restaurant Manager.
- Domini de software restauració, TPV i PDA.
- Idiomes: IMPRESCINDIBLE castellà, català i anglès domini. Francés valorable.
- Residir a Barcelona o rodalies.
- Disposar de carnet de cotxe i vehicle si es viu fora de Bcn ciutat.

- Persona responsable i resolutiva amb capacitats de gestió d'operativa i personal en un entorn multicultural i dinàmic, amb habilitats per executar diferents tasques simultàniament, amb grans dots de lideratge, comunicació, iniciativa i presa de decisons.
