Company Description
We’re hiring an Assistant Restaurant Manager for TOPE at The Hoxton, Poblenou in Barcelona, our 11th Hoxton. This hotel features 240 unique rooms, a large restaurant called Four Corners with The Slice shop, La Bodega, a rooftop pool, taqueria Tope, a lobby, a basement events space, and The Apartment for meetings and events. TOPE is our rooftop taqueria with stunning views, Mexican flavors, and cocktails. We’re seeking a dynamic individual to manage this vibrant rooftop bar, oversee the team, interact with guests, and embody our brand ethos.

Job Description
As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will lead the team, work closely with the Rooftop Manager and Head Chef, coordinate operations, onboard new staff, create a positive team atmosphere, handle guest feedback, ensure food quality, manage inventory, and provide excellent service. We are looking for someone with experience in hospitality, fluent in Spanish and English, with strong technical skills, management abilities, and a flexible approach to work schedules.
