Tope is our rooftop taqueria with views over Barcelona, serving Mexican-inspired flavours and punchy cocktails. We are searching for a real gem to support on managing our greatest rooftop bar in Barcelona: TOPE. Think 360-degree terrace with views over the city, tacos, margarita’s, DJ’s, events, groups and big parties. We need someone who can confidently manage a team, who is not afraid of some action, who has good contact with guests and who truly understands the brand.

Reporting to Rooftop Manager , you will be responsible to manage the daily restaurant and bar operations, maintain sanitation standards and assist servers and hosts during service. What you’ll do…
Lead the team by example, keep them involved and motivated; help them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top Hox experiences for our guests. Work closely with the Rooftop Manager and Head Chef so that front of house and back of house are working smoothly, hand-in-hand. Coordinate with Rooftop Manager for everyday operation and maintain financial and administrative records. Organize the proper onboarding of new joiners. Create a positive team atmosphere among team members, provide feedback and coach them regularly. Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements. Work with the whole R&B team to ensure proper food presentation and proper food-handling procedures. Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction. Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and maintain inventory to enhance sales.What we’re looking for…
