**FUNCTIONS**: As a EMEA ONLINE SALES MANAGER, you will be responsible for developing and implementing common and effective online sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets in the EMEA region. You will oversee the local online sales team, manage the online sales process, and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs). Your role will involve analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize online sales channels. Strong leadership, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce are essential for success in this role. DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES-Develop and execute EMEA online sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive business growth.-Collaborate and guide the local team of online sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.-Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify newopportunities and stay ahead of the competition.-Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to optimize online sales channels,ensuring seamless customer experiences and efficient order fulfillment.-Develop and deploy pricing strategies and discount structures to maximize sales while maintaining profitability and optimizing the online channel management.-Create and deploy promotional campaigns, aligned with the whole EMEA companies.-Deploy and monitor e-partner a common loyalty program for key online customers.-Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales..-Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and online sales. -Identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the online sales process, working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution. REQUIREMENTS: -Education: Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. -Experience Proven experience as an Online Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail. -Languages A High Level of English and Spanish is mandatory. Other languages will be valuable. -Strong knowledge of online sales strategies, platforms, and tools, including e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing. -Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team. -Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
