Operational Processes Manager

In KRUK España we're looking for a methodical, versatile, and passionate Operational Processes Manager to join our Portfolio Management Team.
You will be responsible for the management of portfolios and processes in the team, being focused on the execution of the strategy for the portfolios and the monitorization of their performance.
Which would be your main responsibilities?
- Design and execute the collection activities for the portfolios acquired in the own portfolios.
- Be responsible of the results of the established KPIs and monitor of the efficiency of the implemented actions from the perspective of profitability.
- Establish corrective actions to facilitate objectives within the department are achieved.
- Capacity to analyze significant volume of indicators and extract conclusions according to operational processes.
- Prepare documentation of the processes responsible for and tasks performed.
**Requisitos**:
Which are the main requirements?
- Work experience of approximately one to two years in the debt recovery sector is necessary.
- Medium level of English to communicate with international teams.
- Medium level of Excel is needed to handle data and reports.
- Analytical skills, to be able to understand the connection and dependencies between different data and indicators.
- Ability to adapt, and to work both autonomously and in collaboration with the team and other national and international departments.
