Note: this role is to be based in any of PepsiCo Hubs in Europe and Cairo

Reporting to Lucy Hughes, Senior Vice President, Head Global HR Operations and Shared Services and a member of the PepsiCo HR executive leadership team, this is a key leadership position with functional responsibility to lead the improvement and development of the strategic HR operations and shared service agenda. It is critical to bring the HR operating model to life with self-service and shared services adoption and drive the necessary culture change. This will require deep domain expertise in HR service delivery, as well as highly developed stakeholder engagement skills to drive meaningful change across a complex, sophisticated matrix organisation. This is a hugely exciting time to be a pivotal member of the team transforming the way that service delivery operates in the region and be the single point of accountability for service delivery for Europe.

The Head of HR Service Delivery, Europe, will be responsible for managing the HR Operations, deployment of global tools and Shared Services for Europe with a focus on continuous improvement in various aspects of the operation including onshore, offshore and outsource delivery teams for the European businesses across a wide range of functional scope including reporting and analytics, talent acquisition operations, workforce administration, employee queries, total rewards operations, and learning operations. The head of service delivery will have accountability for a dispersed team of approx. 380 FTEs’s, based across Europe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set direction for managing HR Operations and Shared Services strategy as a member of the Global HR Operations team to deploy global harmonized systems, processes and delivery of relevant benefits to the business and associates by defining clear accountabilities for actions
- Allocate resources to activate the strategy within the function for specific outcomes
- Work closely with the COE’s and Global HR Operations team in project planning, systems utilisation and driving process change
- Understand and model financial implications for decisions and actions to deliver a return on investment based on impact for the business
- Integrate Human Resources capabilities in compensation, benefits, people processes and information technology to deliver solutions for current and future needs
- Develop and lead change management and communications to articulate a clear, compelling vision within the function regionally for the use and adoption of the tools and processes
- Build relationships with key internal customers, including centers of expertise, service delivery teams and Human Resources business partners across the Sector, to achieve successful outcomes
- Lead and inspire large, diverse teams (e.g. cultures, experience, levels) right across Europe
- Continue to build capability and capacity in the team, emphasizing meeting daily commitments to achieve business outcomes and provide critical experiences to associates
- Play a key role in defining the roadmap for shared services activities representing Europe working closely with the global teams
- Drive the implementation of the globally harmonized processes ensuring adherence to them over time
- Strongly support and be an advocate of Lean Six Sigma methodology in reviewing our transactional processes; to ensure there are designed end to end and are efficient and effective
- Influence and define the roadmap for global tools roll out ensuring that the business is ready to receive allocating the right resources as appropriate.
- Oversee activities in Sector on data quality such as data cleansing and harmonization and ensure consistency in reporting and dashboards

Qualifications:

- A highly experienced HR operations leader with depth of experience in HR Shared Services or GBS. Deep domain expertise in terms of process optimisation and good understanding of technology innovation.
- Will have delivered or working on the development of a regional HR or GBS service model which has proved successful and been implemented with uptake and buy-in from all stakeholders.
- Will have built a strong reputation in an organization of scale and complexity where stakeholder engagement is paramount to achieving results.
- Proven HR leader with demonstrable and successful experience of leading transformational and organizational change across a business, particularly as it relates to creating an environment of successful interdependencies across a matrix.
- Commercial contributor to the HR leadership team will add value outside the shared services area and be comfortable operating at senior levels.
- Will have been instrumental in developing high performing and collaborative teams across geographies and sector, but with a depth of expertise in Europe.
