**Description**:
Daily duties of the team:

- Manage these requests and resolve them as soon as possible or pass the report on to the technical team for resolution.
- Follow up on incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Once your knowledge of the product is more advanced: upgrade plans, post sales, module activation.
- Support the team in other markets as needed.
- Translation of online support for new launches (on demand).
- Support at customer events in the market.
- Support in market development and system adaptation.

**What are we looking for?**
- Native or bilingual in English.
- High level of Spanish.
- Proactive and positive attitude.
- Service oriented.
- You are a technology geek. If you know our products is a plus. You are passionate about customer care.

**Useful**:

- Knowledge of other additional languages: Portuguese, Italian, French...
- A restless, creative person with the ability to generate ideas.
- You like to work in a team. If anything is characteristic of the Customer Care team, it is how much they help each other.
- You are curious and eager to find out what the problem is and look for solutions.
- You are eager to train in a sector that is constantly growing.

One of the most important things is the good atmosphere in the Avantio team, and in order to maintain and further develop it, the company is involved in this. In addition, during the year, we are also encouraged to get together in what we call internally ‍️"The Extracurriculars", the company provides us with different activities: paddle courts twice a week, volleyball courts during the summer, and we have a football team that plays matches monthly
