**Strategic Key Account Manager, Central Spain**

**_Reporting to Manager of Strategic Key Accounts_**

**_Location: Madrid, Spain_**

**Your responsibilities**:

- Manage and enhance relationship with end users on assigned territory.
- Identify key customers in the territory.
- Meet with doctors, decision makers to form demand and pass the projects to distributors.
- Support key projects / tenders in hand with the Mindray team and distributors.
- Maintain and enhance the quality and profitability of the sales plan through the development of operationally feasible and cost-effective programs.
- Collect and analyse information of the market, e.g., competitors' activities and customers’ requirements etc for maximizing business opportunities.
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotion activities.
- Work close with key clients, decision makers and hospitals in the region.

**What are we looking for in you?**
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in medical related disciplines is preferred.
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales of USI/PMLS /IVD products (e.g., monitors, anaesthesia machines, ventilators, surgical products, ultrasound, X ray, Laboratory products etc.) or in related sphere of medical device industry.
- Prepared to travel up to 70% of the time
- Fluent in Spanish and a business knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
- Experienced in working with end users and key clients.
- Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
- Ability to work in Spain without the requirement for company sponsorship
