Misión:
Responsable de liderar la formación y procesos de ventas, mercadeo según la estrategia de negocio fomentando los conocimientos y aplicaciones de los mismos, tanto en los procesos comerciales, prácticos
- teóricos, conocimiento de producto, estrategia de negociación, beneficios y experiências, técnicas y psicología comercial, educación motivacional y de desarrollo de los equipos para su desenvolvimiento e implementación según plan estratégico de la empresa.

Funciones:
Identificar, analizar las necesidades de formación de los equipos para desarrollar y ejecutar formaciones de acuerdo a los objetivos de la empresa.

Identificar técnicas y métodos innovadores de formación y aprendizaje, manteniéndose al día con los avances del mercado.

Crear cursos personalizados según necesidades de la empresa o de los equipos.

Lidera el proceso de inducción de las nuevas contrataciones de ventas a Club by Melia.

Realizar el entrenamiento y practica de los colaboradores en las herramientas, sistemas o plataformas que necesiten para realizar sus funciones.

Realizar y documentar procesos de formaciones y motivación a corto, mediano y largo plazo garantizando la capacitación continua mediante un plan establecido con antelación para fortalecer áreas específicas manteniendo el balance para garantizar resultados en conjunto con dirección y gerentes de ventas.

Evaluar eficacia de los programas de formación y realizar los ajustes necesarios.

Revisión del progreso y desarrollo de los colaboradores de acuerdo con los planes de acción trabajados.

Realización de entrenamientos intensivos (workshops) para mejorar el desempeño de los equipos.

**Requisitos**:
Comunicación oral y escrita bilingüe.

Dominio de las diferentes herramientas de Office.

Formación en Gestión de equipo de alto rendimiento

Formación en liderazgo y Coach

Formación y desarrollo

Gestión de Proyectos

Experiência en Gerente de Ventas, Gerente de negocios, RRHH, Formación y Desarrollo
