Kenvue, the Consumer division of Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting a Professional Marketing Omni-channel Lead Southern Europe Cluster

We are looking for a **Professional Marketing (HCP) Omni-Channel Lead** to join our Marketing Team and help us push forward our HCP, digital-first vision Working within the Marketing Team you will drive our transformation agenda in professional marketing across our Cluster. You will be leading the HCP Omni-Channel team, working closely with the local Southern European teams and be a key partner of the Regional (EMEA) and Global marketing teams.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with Cluster Marketing teams to define and craft the professional marketing strategy for their brands including any innovation.
- Partner with local markets to help them transform their professional marketing models, implement perfectly, and ignite new business opportunities behind HCP.
- Ensure consistency and sustainability of professional marketing business model across the Cluster. Keep evolving the model based on the latest knowledge and industry expertise.
- Lead pilot projects for the Cluster in partnership with a lead market and scale to other countries, driving agility in execution.
- Build processes and capabilities that put the HCP at the center of our strategies and plans.
- Define and standardize omni-channel critical metrics across the cluster and ensure robust reporting.
- Be close to the markets, understanding HCP emerging trends and needs & translate into value-adding solutions
- Influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Brand Activation, Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, IT and Business Insights.
- Develop and mentor team and upskill broader organization on HCP marketing.

- Strong understanding of digital and role of digital touchpoints in engaging with HCPs.
- Strong eye for business and P&L understanding to determine implications of marketing decisions on profitability and build cases for internal approval.
- Strong analytical capabilities to extract concrete insights from data and deliver recommendations.
- Validated track-record of influencing, mentoring and developing talent.

**Qualifications**
- A BA/BSC degree or Masters’ degree in business, marketing, or related business areas. Pharmacy/medical/scientific competence is a plus, but not mandatory.
- 8-10 years’ validated experience in marketing, professional marketing, pharmacy sales or other recommendation-driven channels.
- Experience of successfully working within a matrix organization. Able to lead and influence without direct authority and handle a high-level of complexity.
- Comfortable with ambiguity. Able to bring new ideas to the table and build new capabilities.
- Social skills and collaborative style, able to work with multiple partners simultaneously and drive action and results.
- English proficiency is required.

**Location**

The position can be based in multiple locations across our Cluster (Paris, Madrid, Lisbon, Rome, Athens).
