**AD, IT Business Relationship Manager, International Commercial Digital and Omnichannel**
**This is what you will do**:
Accountable for the end to end delivery of the key omnichannel capabilities to be implemented in alignment with the roadmap agreed and prioritized with the key Rare Disease Unit Business stakeholders (Digital Commercial, Commercial Excellence, etc).
Owning the relationship with the global IT COEs (CRM, Digital, Data and Analytics) and the Digital Factory Agencies responsible to implement and deliver the capabilities defined in scope of the roadmap agreed with the International RDU Commercial team.
Leading the delivery of the Commercial systems/Websites roadmap defined in partnership with Key International Commercial teams (Digital Commercial, Commercial Excellence,, etc) (e.g.: Veeva CRM, Vault Promo Mats, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HCP Portals, Disease Awareness Websites, etc);
Accountable for the alignment with the IT Digital leads supporting other Astra Zeneca Business Units to ensure synergies and consistency (when possible) with the portfolio of Omnichannel capabilities addressing similar business needs.
Establish an effective engagement model optimizing the collaboration and communication between Digital Factory Agencies, Alexion Digital CoE, Alexion International IT and Alexion International Commercial team.
Define the strategy to develop and evolve the IT architecture needed to support the Omnichannel capability roadmap defined.
**You will be responsible for**:
- The success of our RDU International Omnichannel journey working to align cross functionally business and IT stakeholders to have a common understanding of the Omnichannel journey defined and capabilities needed.
- Lead the Omnichannel architecture roadmap in close collaboration with the global IT Digital, CRM CoE, and Head of Digital Communication & Omnichannel Strategy for International.
- The Rollout of the International Governance Model ensuring the key business stakeholders demands is collected, reviewed, prioritized, and approved according to the processes/tools defined by the International Governance Board.
- Ensure alignment between different delivery partners like the Digital Factory Agencies, Alexion Global IT Digital CoE and key business stakeholders.
- Leading the cross functional IT team alignment with the International Commercial Launch excellence team to ensure Commercial System readiness to support new product/indication launches across RDU International.
- Ensure the compliance with GDPR requirements/IT Security policy and IT SDLC for all the initiatives included in the Commercial Systems roadmap scope.
- Managing the IT team responsible to deliver against the International Commercial Digital Priorities setting individuals goals, defining a development path aligned to the team ambition and coaching the team to address development opportunities identified.
**You will need to have**:
- Bachelor or Master Degree.
- Previous experience with the design, build and rollout of best-in-class omnichannel Capabilities.
- Previous experience with Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault Promo Mats /CMS and Websites design, development and rollout.
- 10+ years experience working in Biotech, Pharmaceutical or Healthcare technology industry with strong exposure to Commercial Digital and Commercial Excellence and/or transformation deploying large scale solutions internationally around Commercial Excellence, Digital and Omnichannel solutions.
- 8+ years progressive IT business partner, Business analyst and project management experience, with track record of delivering high risk and complex projects while meeting delivery, quality, and compliance standards
- IT Project management experience in Life Sciences. Experience in SDLC, Agile and waterfall IT solution implementation project. Strong understanding of IT Security, GDPR, etc.
- Fluent in English. Additional European languages a big plus
- Significant experience and demonstrated success in driving innovation, process improvement, and Technology & Digital delivery for a Pharma company in the areas of Commercial Systems and Digital Engagement.
- Understanding of corporate compliance and government regulations.
