Desde Walters People seleccionamos un Business Development (B2B) para una importante empresa que ofrece servicios de valor añadido a medida (employment benefits) para empleados de empresas en todo el territorio nacional.

**Entre tus funciones principales**:

- Desarrollar con éxito la estrategia comercial en el territorio nacional, realizando un modelo de venta consultiva (B2B), desde la prospección inicial hasta el cierre de la venta
- Gestión de leads comerciales
- Identificación de potenciales clientes
- Desarrollo de la cartera de cliente y potenciar el crecimiento con clientes ya existentes
- Análisis de la competencia
- Llevar a cabo una venta consultiva como partner del cliente, como su aliado para conseguir objetivos comunes

**Se requiere**:

- Experiência de al menos 3 años en desarrollo de negocio B2B, que conozca cómo funcionan las grandes empresas y acostumbrado a mantener interlocución con perfiles C-level.
- Persona analítica, que sepa interpretar kpi's y con una clara orientación a resultados
- Conocimientos en los nuevos formatos de ventas más digitales, transformando en clientes potenciales leads digitales.
