1. Objecte de la convocatòria
Les presents bases tenen per objecte regular el procés de selecció que es convoca, mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició, d’acord amb el desplegament del procés extraordinari d’estabilització i consolidació derivat de la llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, és la selecció de persones per a la cobertura, en règim de contracte laboral fix a jornada complerta, amb les condicions laborals que s’estipulen a la normativa vigent i al conveni col-lectiu de XIII Convenio colectivo de ámbito estatal para los centros de educación universitaria e investigación, aplicable a aquesta entitat, dels llocs de treball de nom, classificació professional i característiques que figuren a l’annex 3.
Qüestió de gènere: en les referències fetes a col-lectius que poden ser constituïts tant per homes com per dones, s’entén que el masculí té valor genèric.

2. Requisits de participació
Per ser admeses en el procés selectiu les persones aspirants han de complir els requisits generals i específics que es determinen tot seguit. Aquests requisits s’han de complir el darrer dia del termini de presentació de sol-licituds i s’han de mantenir fins a la data de la formalització per escrit dels contractes de treball:
2.1 Requisits generals:
a) Nacionalitat: Ser ciutadà espanyol o, ser nacional d’algun dels altres estats membres de la Unió Europea o dels estats als quals, en virtut de tractats internacionals subscrits per la Unió Europea i ratificats per Espanya, els sigui aplicable la lliure circulació de treballadors en els termes que aquesta es troba definida en el Tractat Constitutiu de la Comunitat Europea.
També podran accedir, qualsevol que sigui la seva nacionalitat, el/la cònjuge d’una persona espanyola o nacional d’altres Estats membres de la Unió Europea, sempre que no estiguin separats de dret així com els seus descendents o els del cònjuge sempre que no estiguin separats de dret i siguin menors de 21 anys o majors, dependents.
A més dels estrangers a què fan referència els paràgrafs anteriors, també poden participar els estrangers amb residència legal a Espanya
b) Edat: haver complert 16 anys i no superar l’edat establerta per a la jubilació forçosa.
c) Habilitació: No haver estat separat mitjançant procediment disciplinari d’aquesta entitat o de qualsevol de les administracions públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals estatutaris de les Comunitats Autònomes ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a càrrecs, ocupació o càrrec públic per resolució judicial, per a l’accés al cos o escala de funcionari o per exercir funcions similars a les que exercien en el cas del personal laboral, del qual hagi estat separat o inhabilitat
En el cas dels nacionals d’altres Estats, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, en el seu Estat, en els mateixos termes, l’accés a l’ocupació pública.
d) Posseir la capacitat funcional necessària per a l’exercici de les funcions pròpies dels llocs de treball convocats.
e) No haver estat condemnat per sentència ferma per algun delicte contra la llibertat i la indemnitat sexual que inclou l’agressió i l’abús sexual, l’exhibicionisme i provocació sexual, prostitució i explotació sexual i corrupció de menors, així com pel tràfic d’éssers humans.
f) No estar afectat per cap dels motius d’incompatibilitat previstos a la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d’incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les Administracions Públiques, i a la Llei catalana 21/1987, de 26 de novembre, d’incompatibilitats del personal al servei de l’Administració de la Generalitat de Catalunya
2.2. Requisits específics:
a) Titulació: estar en possessió o en condicions d’obtenir el títol acadèmic requerit, en la data en què acaba el termini de presentació de sol-licituds, indicat per al lloc de treball en l’Annex 3, sens perjudici que si una persona aspirant amb vinculació temporal roman en actiu en virtut d’una altra titulació acadèmica exigida en el moment d’inici de la seva vinculació temporal, aquesta li serà tinguda en compte a títol individual.
b) Aquells que s’estableixen en l’Annex 3 per cada lloc de treball.
2.3 Coneixement de llengua.
a) Llengua catalana: posseir els coneixements de llengua catalana del nívell exigit (o superior) o la formació que convalida aquest nívell. Les acreditacions i convalidacions seran:
I. Document que acrediti el coneixement de català dins de l’ensenyament obligatori, cosa que resulta de la certificació que s’ha cursat de manera oficial a Catalunya la matèria de llengua catalana d’ensenyament obligatori i s’ha obtingut el títol que correspon després de l’any 1992.
