**Descripción del puesto**
Dentro del departamento comercial y en un contexto de crecimiento, tu rol será contribuir al desarrollo de Steeple asegurando la generación de leads y oportunidades en el mercado español.

Tu trabajo es asegurar la perfecta ejecución de todo lo que ocurre al principio del ciclo de venta, para asegurar que los comerciales presentan la solución a los mejores interlocutores posibles, maximizando la probabilidad de éxito.

**Como tal, tus misiones serán**:

- Calificar los leads generados por las campañas de marketing para pasarlos al equipo de venta
- Generar leads dentro de los sectores target asignados
- Dentro de las organizaciones, detectar los interlocutores clave, lograr establecer el contacto y fijar horarios de demostración para el equipo de venta;
- Encontrar información sobre el mercado en general y las empresas interesantes a prospectar
- Asegurar el reporting y el seguimiento de los KPIs
- Transformar oportunidades entrantes en clientes fieles
- Ser crítico, sentir el mercado y ser capaz de proponer e implementar mejoras.

El puesto está basado en Barcelona, España, con un contrato permanente y está disponible inmediatamente

**Perfil deseado**:
Para cumplir todas las misiones:

- Ya has desempeñado funciones similares en un entorno B2B
- Eres una persona organizada y rigurosa, dinámica, siempre buscando ejes de mejora en tu trabajo y en los procedimientos
- Eres una persona capaz de planificar, gestionar y priorizar tareas
- Te encanta hablar con un cliente, descubrir sus necesidades, y asesorarle
- Hablas y escribes el español perfectamente. El catalán es un plus.
- Hablas inglés y/o francés. Estos idiomas son un gran plus.
- Ya has utilizado un CRM. Conocer Hubspot es una ventaja.

Y el más importante, estar de buen humor el lunes por la mañana. Porque en Steeple estamos convencidos: hay trabajo, pero sobre todo hay vida en el trabajo

**El proceso**
En Steeple queremos un proceso de contratación sencillo y transparente (como nuestra solución)
- Paso 1: Entrevista inicial por teléfono o vídeo con Melanie, Responsable del reclutamiento.
- Paso 2: Entrevista con Emilien, Country Manager España.
- Paso 3: Prueba práctica.
- Paso 4: Entrevista con Jean-Baptiste, nuestro CEO.
