The Product Lifecycle & Operational Performance Engineer will lead the strategy on product optimisation and operational performance improvements. The product Lifecycle & Operational Performance engineer will engage with multiple stakeholders to ensure performance is correctly measured and to recommend improvements and operational enhancements.
The Product Lifecycle Engineer will work with a team of architects, operational support teams, vendors, and developers to ensure the SDWAN product portfolio is enhanced to ensure operational performance meets agreed-upon KPIs. The purpose of the role is to manage in-life improvements and operational teams and vendors are delivering to agreed service levels.

**What you bring**:

- Experience in working in virtual and multinational teams, with a proven record of delivering goals in matrix organisations
- Ability to manage multiple & changing priorities and follow-up until delivered.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Must have core expertise in a good number of topics on network infrastructures enabling Systems and Tools applicable to the SDN and NFV market
- Solid understanding of in-life product lifecycle processes
- Technical knowledge in IP data networking and in non-CLI-driven device configuration
- Academic Background in Computer Science
- English is a must

**Desirable areas of expertise**:

- Core expertise in a good number of topics on network infrastructures enabling Systems and Tools applicable to the SDN and NFV market
- Experience in working with Agile and SAFe
- Virtualization and orchestration (VM, Containers, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of Risk Management
- Budgeting
