**What about us?**

Sunhero is a residential solar energy company on a mission to make access to clean, PV solar energy easy and affordable. We leverage technology and innovation to accelerate the transition to clean energy.

Sunhero was founded in 2021 by Christopher Cederskog and Stefan Braun. Two entrepreneurs with over 25 years of experience launching companies in the international markets, including Airbnb, Rover, and Course Hero. Sunhero is Berlin-founded and Barcelona-headquartered.

We raised our series A investment round of 10M€ in March 2023. This round was led by climate tech VC Planet A and Vorwerk Ventures, as well as Redstone, All Iron Ventures, and Speedinvest.

**What we want to achieve together?**

CRM Strategy and Planning:

- Develop and implement the CRM strategy, aligned with Sunhero's business objectives and customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and retention through effective CRM practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to align CRM efforts and achieve common goals.

CRM System Implementation and Management:

- Define and maintain CRM processes, workflows, and data management standards.
- Ensure the CRM system captures and utilizes customer data effectively to drive personalized and targeted customer interactions.

Customer Data Analysis and Insights:

- Analyze customer data using CRM analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce Analytics) to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and trends.
- Identify opportunities for segmentation, personalization, and targeted marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights.
- Utilize customer analytics to optimize customer journeys and maximize customer lifetime value.

Campaign Management and Optimization:

- Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and implement optimizations to improve customer response rates and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align CRM campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with the sales team to align CRM efforts with lead management, sales processes, and customer conversion strategies.
- Collaborate with customer support teams to optimize customer service and post-purchase interactions.

Team Management and Development:

- Build and lead a high-performing CRM team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, providing coaching and professional development opportunities.
- Manage the CRM budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve desired outcomes.

This role will allow you to take responsibility from day one and participate in the expansion of Sunhero to help us accelerate the transition to solar energy in Spain.

**What do you need to be successful in this role?**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior CRM leadership role, with a track record of successfully implementing CRM strategies and driving customer engagement and retention.
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, best practices, and industry trends.
- Experience with CRM software and tools, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or other similar platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights from customer data using CRM analytics tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent Spanish and English.
- Curious & Hands-on as default (you explore and get acquainted before assigning work to others).
- Continuous improvement mindset.

- This is a hybrid position. You can work some days at home and some days at our beautiful office in Barcelona (Utopicus, Diagonal). If you are working from home -or other location
