Desde nuestra división de
**Marketing Digital & Ecommerce**, seleccionamos un/a Head of Digital Marketing en dependencia directa del
**Head of Ecommerce. **Tendrás la oportunidad de pertenecer a una importante empresa del sector retail líder en su sector ubicada en la provincia de Barcelona.

Serás el Head of Digital Marketing, cuyo principal objetivo será potenciar nuestros canales de Marketing, centrándose en: Performance, CRM, Marketing de Contenidos y Proyectos transversales, con voz activa en la estrategia de nuestro negocio online en más de 50 países.

**Funciones**:

- Definir la estrategia global de marketing digital, la hoja de ruta y el presupuesto.
- Gestionar todos los canales de performance-marketing maximizando las ventas.
- Liderar la creación y lanzamiento de proyectos especiales e innovadores.
- Monitorizar el progreso para asegurar un ROI efectivo. Seguir los KPIs relevantes para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
- Gestionar la estrategia y el plan SEO.
- Colaborar con los equipos de Branding, Arte y Comunicación para desarrollar campañas 360º.
- Liderar, motivar y desarrollar el equipo para alcanzar los objetivos.
- Monitorizar a la competencia y aportar ideas para diferenciarse.
- Estar al día de los desarrollos tecnológicos digitales.

**Requisitos mínimos**:

- Con al menos 10 años de experiência relacionada con el Marketing Digital en un entorno pure player, incluyendo 7 años gestionando y supervisando directamente, equipos de Marketing de Contenidos, Performance, CRM y Gestión de Proyectos.
- Además, debes tener fuertes habilidades analíticas y pensamiento basado en datos, así como empatía y capacidad para mantener relaciones sólidas con las partes interesadas.
- Se valorará positivamente la experiência internacional y se requiere un buen nível de inglés.
- Capacidad analítica, organizativa y dotes de comunicación.
- Requisito indispensable: experiência en moda, lujo o cosmética.
